A Partnership with Urban Ministry

It is our belief that authentic Christian discipleship includes both an inward spiritual focus and a passionate outreach to the surrounding community.  Church without Walls began in partnership and continues to work in partnership with Urban Ministry so that the people of West End will not only find a place of loving outreach but also a place for spiritual growth.  For a number of years, Urban Ministry has been one of the most effective outreach ministries of the North Alabama Conference of the United Methodist Church.  Urban Ministry plans and implements tutoring programs and summer camps for kids, provides families with utility assistance, refurbishes damaged homes, ministers to those in prison, and feeds people daily.
